ELECTRICAL SAFETY SYSTEM and HIPOT
(IEC 60335)
 This equipment is used for the tests of the basic parameters of electrical safety in the end of lines of producing plants of household-electric, electronic equipment, lights, machines tools, etc of high volume.
Test makes them of:
- Short Circuit.
- Ground Tests.
- Dielectric Strenght.
- Starting of the equipment.
The test of Dielectric Strenght is made as it indicates figure 5 (p 93) of norm IEC 60335. That is to say, the EQUIPMENT UNDER TEST IS PUT INTO OPERATION , this form the manufacturer makes sure that ALL the ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ELEMENTS OF the EQUIPMENT UNDER TEST WERE TRIED.
One is designed and made with the intention of determining the fulfillment of different norms (IEC 60335, IEC 60950, IEC 60065, IEC 60745, IEC 60598, IEC 61029, IEC 60601, IRAM 2092, IRAM 4029, IRAM 4220) as far as the requirements from the basic parameters of electrical security recommended by different world-wide Certifiers UL, DNV, IMQ, BVSQ, ITS, IRAM , CSA, VDE, DIN , INMETRO , etc.
The system of acquisition and control of data, is based on a microcontroller of last generation mounted on a plate of proprietor of: selection, filtrate, processing and measurement of signals. This plate is tie with an internal PC, that runs a software in charge of the administration and control of all the system.
A keyboard and mouse also allow the total control of the functions of the equipment like their programming.
An auditory and visual signal, allows the pursuit of operation of the equipment as also the alert before a test does not conform.
The system counts on monitor of 15 " LCD to be able to visualize and to control all the system.
The Basic Equipment of Tests is a system of Acquisition, Processing, Control and Data management , that allows to store all the results in a data base soon to generate annual reports of daily production /monthly/, graphical statistics, thus obtaining all the necessary information and tendencies for the system management of productive control.
Also it allows to generate the impression of labels (printing not provided) identificatorias of the product and the results of the made tests. As much the equipment as this platform was designed for a simple and dynamic handling .
The system has a friendly interphase to make the calibration of the equipment, these calibrations are registered in the system allowing, of this form, to take the TRAZABILIDAD OF the made CALIBRATIONS to the equipment.
The Basic Equipment of Tests fulfills the necessities of trazabilidad of the tests and calibrations made demanded in any system of Certification .
This combination guarantees a correct data processing to satisfy the necessities with requirements that can demand an Electrical Product Certification or a ISO 9001.
With optional way a
Daily auto-check provides itself, who allows to control the correct operation of the equipment.
The equipment is given with its Report of calibrations drawn up to national patterns (of optional way) and a user manual for its use.
Also it has an aid online to clarify any doubt of use of the system.
The components used in the design guarantee an excellent quality of work.
